How to Return

Step 1 : Drop us a simple email to [[email protected]] and provide with reason of returns with items pictures attached to the product / Call our ReturnDep at 03-89585748

Step 2: Our Return Department Experts will investigate on the case within three (3) business days and reply with a RETURN ID if the return is valid, else we will contact you for reason on invalidity for the return.

Step 3: With the RETURN ID from the Return Department, You may proceed to courier the items to the following address [You will need to pay the courier fees, and will be reimburse with promotion code upon items return]:

Step 4: Our Return Department will SMS / Email you to notify we received the pascal and will perform return within 1-3 Business days with the promtion code attached.

 

Youmiki's Return OR Refunds Policies : 

Youmiki's return & refunds policy allow for item(s) return which allow to be in either one of the two options:

              1) FULL Refund (Invoice Price exclude shipping)

              2) Replacement of Item(s).

You may want to return your order with the following reasons with fullfilling couple of simple requirments for the return to be valid:

Reasons of Return Description
Damaged The Product is damaged during the delivery process
Defective The product does not fucntion as described in its manufacturer specification
Wrong Item(s) The specification of product received is not what customer ordered (E.g. Wrong Size or Color)
Missing Item(s) / Part(s) Missing Items as indicated in the packaging
Does Not Fit       Customer received the size that ordered but found that does not fit
Website Technical Error                                           The product does not match website specifications, descripton, or images due to technical issue of website error

The general requirements of the returns are as below:

  • The item(s) only allow to request for retun WITHIN FOURTEEN (14) DAYS from the delivery date.
  • You are having the valid prove of the item(s) is purchased from Youmiki [E.g : Order Number, Invoice Number or Receipt Number]
  • The item(s) must be in New Condition and with Original Packaging along with all the accessories stated in the packaging
  • inclusive of manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authentication and others.
  • The product must NOT have been used / installed / had any data inputted
  • All Sealed Items must not be Opened.
